It'ls actually the formulation that I already take but mixed separate so this will be a great savings to me from the old formula and mixed bottles. All the nutrients are well balanced and support each other well. I know a lot of people don't eat big meals out there so let me give you this suggestion. I take 2 powders in the morning with breakfast and take my liquids 4 hrs later....the last two powder caps I take when I get home from work. I have taken a complete packet all at once in the morning, but only do so if I had a long work night and I know I have a busy morning ahead of me. I divide my dose so my blood levels remain even throughout the day with the nutrients. If you work a 9-5 I would take them all at once...if you're like me and work 12-16 hrs a day...do yourself I favor and divide them. I find my energy is sustained throughout the day that way IMHO. I would like to touch on a few other things I love about this product. My skin hair and nails have improved greatly. My skin has a sheen that has made my wife jealous..lol...no doubt from the excellent amount of Omega 3's Andrew provides. Had a checkup at the doctor and he said my heart rhythm is extremely strong....can you say Co Enzyme...ALA? My night vision has gotten better from this product and I deal with stress much better. Overall I would like to thank Andrew and his wonderful staff for always being friendly and truly being concerned about my health without being pushy on products. The most noticeable difference was the skin glow and his natural hair color is coming back in. He has salt/pepper hair but now all the new hairs growing in are dark brown/black which is his natural hair color. He says he feels great and can tell a difference as well.
